Registration Information and Forms

***Registration Instructions for Current Students***

1. You must complete one online registration for each one of your children.
2. Forms will be found in Parent Portal under your login. **Make sure you are the enrolling person to be able to access the forms. Click HERE to access Parent Portal.
3.  Fill out all necessary forms for each child.  Some forms will be able to be filled out online and sent through the computer, and other forms will need to be printed out.
6. Take the entire set of printed out forms to your campus on the assigned registration day. 
7.  Please bring proof of residency along with printed registration paperwork to your campus on the assigned registration day. Eligible proof of residency forms include:
a. Current utility bill (this includes water, gas, electric, or cable/satellite. Phone bills     and cell phone bills will not be accepted as proof of residence. Driver’s license will
not be accepted as proof of residence.)
b. A recent (within the last 60 days) rent receipt, or a current lease or rental agreement.
c. The most recent mortgage statement, copy of a tax return, or tax receipt showing home ownership.
8.     If the student you are registering is sleeping in the following places please click HERE for additional resources available to the student: -Living with friends or others -Living in a hotel/motel, RV, car or campground -Living in a shelter for homeless or domestic violence -My home does not have running (hot or cold) water or electricity -Housing is being paid for by a church or nonprofit organization like Transitional housing or Panhandle Community Services. -Does not live with parent (unaccompanied youth)

***FOR STUDENTS NEW TO THE DISTRICT***

If you are a student new to the district, please create an account on Parent Portal or login with a current account if you already have one.  Parent Portal is located here. Some forms will be filled out online while others will need to be printed and filled out to bring at NEW STUDENT registration August 7th.  

When you open Parent Portal you should see this option:




Please bring the following information with you: student's birth certificate, social security card, immunization records, parent's driver license, and proof of residency.

High School - New Students on Monday, August 7th, 9AM-4PM; 9th/10th graders on Tuesday, August 8th, 9AM-4PM; 11th/12th graders on Wednesday, August 9th, 9AM-4PM.

Middle School - New Students on Monday, August 7th, 9AM-4PM; 5th/6th Graders on Tuesday, August 8th, 9AM-4PM and both New and Current Students at 5PM-7PM; 7th/8th Graders on Wednesday, August 9th, 9AM-4PM.

Elementary - New Students on Monday, August 7th, 9AM-4PM; Students Last Name A-L on Tuesday, August 8th, 9AM-4PM and both New and Current Students at 5PM-7PM; Students Last Name M-Z on Wednesday, August 9th, 9AM-4PM.
