Athletics Department

The vision of the Bushland ISD Athletic Program is to successfully compete for the Texas Cup. Coaches must work together within the athletic department to achieve the goal. The theme is, "When you play one of us, you play all of us." We celebrate each other's victories, and we share each other's defeats. We pull for all the coaches and all the teams. We encourage and build each other up within the community. Together, we support each team and all its players. Coaches speak highly of other coaches and offer congratulations to athletes in all sports. When teams are struggling, all coaches work to encourage them. This empathy for each other creates a synergy in the school that motivates our athletes and coaches to compete tenaciously and to the best of their abilities throughout the year.

  • These forms are required each year by UIL and Bushland ISD if your son/daughter wishes to participate in athletics/sports for Bushland ISD. The athletic department would like to thank you and your son/daughter for filling out the forms and submitting them to us in a timely manner.

    Parents, please go to the following website to simply fill out and submit the mandatory UIL paperwork.  You do not need to create an account!

    Physicals and Medical History are still required to be physically turned in to the Athletic Trainer. New physicals are required for students in 7th, 9th, and 11th grades. New medical history forms are required each year. They can be printed from the link below.

    All forms and paperwork must be completed and on file with the athletic trainer before athletic participation is allowed.
