As a public entity, Bushland ISD is subject to the Texas Public Information Act.

Designation of District Non-Business Days

In compliance with House Bill 3033 and Section 552.0031 of the Texas Government Code, the Bushland ISD Board of Trustees has designated the following school holidays as District non-business days for the purposes of the Public Information Act (PIA) timelines. In addition to state and/or federal holidays, these designated days will not be considered business days when calculating the District’s response time to public information requests.
