Please complete the New Transfer Application as well as the Transfer Agreement. 

After submitting your transfer application, please scan a copy of the campus-specific documents listed below to the campus principal listed for your child’s campus.

• High School Documents: Current transcript, most recent report card, and completed Transfer Agreement.
• Junior High Documents: Most recent report card and completed Transfer Agreement
• Intermediate Documents: Most recent report card and completed Transfer Agreement
• Elementary Documents: Most recent report card and completed Transfer Agreement

Transfer Application, Transfer Agreement, and all supporting documentation must be submitted to the campus principal before a transfer will be considered.
